About Me

My career has been guided by one mantra: “one purpose, many missions.” My purpose has never wavered: to help people become the best that they can be and work through challenges that get in their way. The mission to achieve that purpose has evolved as I have.

On a personal level; I am an introverted extrovert, self-development junkie, and am obsessed with my golden retriever.

My background

I’m a dedicated coach with a Masters in psychology and years of experience helping people overcome challenges and build fulfilling lives. After struggling with an eating disorder and extremely low body confidence for six years, I completely healed myself through my expertise in psychology and understanding the mind & body. This journey led me to focus on helping other women heal. For four years, I was a body image and food coach, during which I noticed the profound impact our work had on my clients' confidence in the bedroom and their relationships. They became more open to pleasure, communicated better, and developed deeper connections with their partners, and enjoyed secs more!

This shift in results ignited my passion for intimacy, relationships and bedroom fun. Consequently, my coaching transitioned from body image to intimacy and relationships. Since earning my master's degree, I have obtained additional certifications in life coaching, relationship coaching, and NLP practitioner.

Ty and I have the relationship that I had always dreamed of, the true definition of a partnership, including the best intimacy and connection I’ve ever experienced. No one teaches you how to be intimate and through my coaching I found that many women, and men, were left feeling unsatisfied in the bedroom but didn’t know how to communicate with their partners. So now my mission is to take the taboo out of intimacy and teach couples (and individuals) how to reach their intimacy potential, together with my partner, Ty
